This rosé wine shows the Mediterranean character. A powerful but elegant wine, refreshing and aromatic at the same time. 503 BR is gastronomic and versatile that will exceptionally pair with many special moments.

Black Grenache variety, selected from the Terra Alta (south of Catalonia), where it is able to adapt and express all its natural potential and character.

All the grapes come from selected and organic vineyards. It works with cold film maceration to extract aromas and color, gently pressing for a maximum of 50% yield. The must ferments at a controlled temperature and partially in barrels, which allows us to enhance the essence of the variety and give complexity to the aromatic expression.
